At this moment,i am at home.
Next hour,i will be at home too.
Why?because i decided not to work.
I had being scolded by my boss just now.
The story neither too long or too short,but i am really not in the mood to telling the bloody hell story which sound stupid.
I felt so bad after get scold and i belief everyone felt the same if that happen to u. But this time i really felt so frustrated . Its enough.
U shouted at me and asking me why am i so stupid as i couldn't do well for the task you gave me. But do you ever ask me the reason why before u scold or shout at me? Its fine, cause your personality is like,scolding people without reason AND you don want to hear any reason from us as well which is so unfair for us.
Till now, I couldn't belief you throw the invoice to the floor and ask me to pick it up and bring back to the office. It was in front of all the customer. Its SUPER EMBARRASSING ! I couldn't believe as a boss, as a father, u do that to me. Do u ever care about my feeling ? Scolding me in front of all people is enough to make me felt sad, but why u still want to throw things to the floor and ask me pick it up and bring back to the office?
I decided not to go back to the office until i settle this idiot problem with him tonight. If he is not going to change his attitude ,i will resign. If he don't want to see my face at home, i will leave. He should know my temper. I always keep quiet when he scold me doesn't mean i scare of him, i know the word "Respect", but it doesn't means that he is correct and he can scold me as he like.
5 years, its enough.

Try to talk nicely. Dont raise your voice.
Sitting down having a talk is to have the problem solved, not making it worse.
Tell him what you feel. And tell him that you respect him, not only as your employer, but also as your father.
